Good friends and good coffee appreciation post. No matter how exotic a location you’re in, there’s nothing like a really good cup of coffee to make you connected to your own special bubble of the universe. In Sri Lanka we found that in the charming Salty Swamis cafè in Hikkaduwa, conveniently opening at 8 am every morning 20 meters from the place we were staying. Right on the beach as well! So much character & the friendliest staff, fresh food, fabulous ice teas, freshly roasted & grounded beans. Turned out really good coffee was not easy to come by in this part of the country.
